Hosts that run their own LND or BTCPay Lightning node give you a BOLT11 invoice and unlock the VM when it settles. That is the product you want. CoinGate, NOWPayments, Cryptomus, Heleket, and Sellix often wrap LN as well — usable, with an extra company in the middle.
Lightning-only shops such as LNVPS go further: no on-chain option, sometimes Nostr or token accounts. If your wallet cannot pay LN, those hosts are simply closed to you. Bring a wallet that can.
LN does not make the VPS anonymous. The host still sees your session to the panel. Combine LN with the no-KYC checklist when that is the actual requirement.
